Q: Can I still access my order history?
A: Yes. Until June 30, 2025, you can still access 42agent.com and view your order history.
Q: Do I need to delete my 42agent account?
A: You can delete your account from the user page. However, I assure you that we have never and will never share any of your information with anyone. As regular consumers ourselves, we despise any websites that leak personal information, so we would never do that. We will completely delete all customer data after fully shutting down 42agent.com in July 2025.
Q: Can you recommend a team that can replace your services?
A: I'm sorry, we cannot recommend. However, I would like to point out that reasonable fees are crucial for the normal operation of a company. If a company charges a very low service fee, it often means that there are some hidden costs in that service.
Q: Will you resume your shopping agent service in the future?
A: We have no plans to resume the shopping agent service for the foreseeable future. Many customers loved our service and are disappointed about its closure. We are deeply saddened to part with those customers who have enjoyed our services, but we must say goodbye. We sincerely wish you continued success in purchasing your favorite products from Taobao or other platforms in China.
