The customer service is great, helpful and pretty quick replies considering the time zone difference. My order came much faster than expected (SAL) and was packaged securely. The shipping price was not too bad considering the weight of my items and time it took to arrive. Buying directly from taobao and shipping through 42agent is a LOT cheaper than going through resellers. Would definitely use this service again!!

Well packed, no problem with items, thanks! Recommend being careful of store inventory when choosing popular items. If an item sells out before the order/purchase process completes you may need to do a combine order (from a different store) to get everything together.
