Shop For Me refund policy

You can cancel your order at anytime before you make 1st payment.

After 1st payment

Items have not been purchased yet

The whole 1st payment can be refunded to you including service fee.

Items have been purchased but sellers not send yet

We will try our best to negotiate with sellers and arrange whole refund for your 1st payment. But for pre-order items we can’t refund deposit once paid seller, as seller’s rule for such items is no refund if cancel after payment.

Items has not yet been delivered to the warehouse

If items have been purchased and sent out from sellers, but not arrive at our warehouse yet, we will try our best to negotiate with sellers for refund. But domestic shipping fee and service fee will not be refunded.

Items have been delivered to the warehouse

If items have been purchased and have already arrived at our warehouse, we will try our best to negotiate with sellers for items’ refund, and refund details under this circumstances are as follows.

a. Sellers agree to return the items.

We will refund the cost excluding our service fee+domestic shipping fee+return domestic shipping fee.

b. Sellers don’t agree to have the items returned.

All the fees you paid will not be refunded.

Sellers sent wrong items and you want to return them

All item cost including domestic delivery fee and service fee will be refunded to you.

After 2nd payment

Item missing

If there are items missing when you receive the package, please contact us within 72 hours upon receipt of the parcel with clear photo of the parcel and all items. Please don’t throw away the filling stuff and package before you get our reply. For detailed solutions please refer to this page: Solutions for items missing.

Wrong item sent

Please contact us within 72 hours upon receipt of the parcel with clear photo of the wrong item. Refund details under this circumstances are as follows.

a. Our mistake to purchase wrong

Once confirmed it is our mistake, we will arrange refund for the wrong item or buy a new one for you according to your final decision.

b. Your mistake to select wrong option

We can’t refund any for this situation since it is your own mistake. Thanks for your kind understanding.

The parcel is not received or returned

No refund. However we promise to try our best to help you get parcel released from customs or reship it when we receive the returned parcel (You need to pay shipping again).

Item damaged during international shipping

No refund. We are only responsible for domestic shipping damage, but we are not responsible for international shipping. Anyway, we will try our best to pack well before ship it out.

Parcel delayed during international shipping

No refund. We can only guarantee to send parcel out in time after you pay for shipping, but we can’t control when it arrives at you.
