Notice of Service Denial And Storage Time Change

We regret to inform you that due to the small profit margins of our Taobao shopping business, we have been experiencing a shortage of manpower for a considerable period of time. Over the past two years, more than half of our team members have been working overtime, putting in 7-10 additional hours per week. To ensure the overall timeliness and quality of our service, we are currently unable to process some orders.

To avoid having your order declined, please ensure that you do not delete or modify the link or update the link option notes after we have confirmed your order. Our system automatically flags such orders and places them at the end of our already long to-do list, which ultimately results in us being unable to process them.

For any flagged orders, we may send you an email notifying you that we are unable to process your order. Thanks for your kind understanding.

Additionally, we would like to inform you about a change to our free storage policy, effective from May 27, 2024. Due to the high costs of storage in Beijing, which have become unsustainable for us, we are regretfully reducing our free storage period from the previous duration to 14 days.

Please note: After receiving our email notification regarding shipping costs, we kindly request that you make the payment within 14 days. Failure to do so will result in the disposal of the items, as we can no longer afford to cover the storage expenses beyond this period.

We understand that this change may cause some inconvenience and we sincerely apologize for any disruption this may cause to your usual shopping experience with us. We appreciate your continued support and love for our business.
